 Artist research 

One of the artists that particularly stood out to me when researching my theme was Alexander McQueen with his cabinet of curiosities book. McQueen created a collection of fantastically odd fashion items playing with the ideas of importance, tradition and the macabre. This book contains photos of his collection and the inspiration behind it, I found this to be influential to my project inspiring me with his use of traditional themes like religion as seen in No. 174 Dante, but playing with the curious side of these ideologies. This book really inspired with themes to explore when looking into my theme.
