Nightmare Questionnaire  

At this point in my project i was still thinking about shadows in relation to fear and nightmares. My ideas at the time for the final piece were going in the direction of taking portraits of people and creating cut outs of their nightmares that would be projected onto them. To generate more ideas and outside inspiration on the subject of the nightmares i did some primary research in the form of a questionnaire. I handed out a copy to everyone who was in the studio that day and got a response back from everyone which was pleasing and made the activity successful in gaining new ideas for the context of the cut outs I wanted to create. Some of the responses i got back were quite personal so I've only attached photos of the empty questionnaire and some water color sketchbook experiments I did in response to the answers given
