Tracing the land

 Initial ideas  

Our theme for our beginning project is called "Tracing the land", to begin with the only ideas i had for this theme resonated around a woodland witch kind of vibe, thinking about symbolism within nature. However during the summer break i came across this sign on my holidays that gave me a new direction in thinking, it gave me the idea to somehow use road signs within this project. At this point I'm unsure how I'm going to take this further into the project, I'm thinking of somehow merging these two quite different ideas into one. I like the idea of using these instructional signs in humorous way that perhaps interrupts the surroundings. I need to do some further experiments and research to navigate a clear path forwards with this idea.
