 Printing test  

I decided to test out how the leaves would print and transfer over to paper. This test was inciteful in figuring out a few issues, I did this test up in our studio where there was limited ink options, I didn't want to print in black ink so decided to try acrylic paint, this did work but you had to work very quick as it dried on leaf before you could print it, so if I want to try this again I should go up to the print room to use the correct materials. I think this was successful in getting an idea of how the process could look if id of done it properly, I believe that the leaves look even more emotive when printed, the paint picks up all the texture and creases in the leaves and this paired with the blank space of the faces really intensifies the feeling of the leaves screaming. I do like the choice to use different colours opposed to green as I feel green would be a generic choice and the pink almost feels more human.
