Studio Practice

 Set up practice 

Yesterday I used my own bathroom to practice setting up equipment and figure out how id want things to look when filming shit stories.  I was using my small digital camera as I haven't yet borrowed a DSLR yet so things will vary slightly with the proper filming but this was helpful for getting a better visual image of how things will work. As it was just me and the camera the most annoying part was jumping in and out the bathtub in time for the self timer. Obviously this wont be an issue when I'm behind the camera and there's another person in the bathtub. I was pleased with how it looks with only a part of the person showing. My bathroom is small so that did make it difficult, but I realise most peoples are so my approach is to just find the place that gets most of everything I want in shot and looks visually appealing I aim for all my videos to look fairly uniform in viewpoint but know this might not be possible.
